Hi, I'm Kim.

I help small business owners get organized, understand their numbers, and feel less overwhelmed by the bookkeeping side of business.

My experience comes from both education and real life. With a background in sales, administration, inventory and customer service.

I’ve owned both product-based and service-based businesses, so I understand the challenges that come with running a business from the inside. I've sat where you are. I've searched trucks and purses for receipts, worried about taxes, and felt overwhelmed by the financial side of business. I know what it's like to wear all the hats while trying to serve customers, manage employees, keep up with paperwork, and somehow still find time to grow your business.

That experience is what led me to bookkeeping. I love helping business owners bring order to the chaos, understand their numbers, and feel confident about the financial side of their business.

I completed my Accounting and Bookkeeping Certificate through Okanagan College with a 98.9% average and am currently at the Technician level with the Certified Professional Bookkeepers Association. Experienced with today's most popular bookkeeping and accounting software.

My goal is simple: to provide practical, judgment-free bookkeeping support in plain language so you can spend less time worrying about your books and more time focusing on your business.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and two daughters, getting my steps in, travelling, enjoying a good coffee, or reaching for a glitter gel pen—because organized doesn't have to mean boring.
